在阐述农村功能性公共体系的含义及其建设状况的基础上,通过实证研究,得出农村功能性公共体系的建设对农民增收、农村社会发展具有重要的影响。建设社会主义新农村,促进农村社会协调发展必须加强农村功能性公共体系建设,同时政府应制定相应政策加强其建设。

In this article, we first elaborated the meaning of the rural functional public system and the construction condition, then, through the real diagnosis research, obtained that the rural functional public system had he important influence to farmer＇ income, and rural social development. All that, this article thought the rural functional public system must be strengthened, while the government should formulate policies to strengthen its construction.
