摘要
为化解自然保护区资源保护与当地社区群众传统生存方式的矛盾,雷山县通过组织农民成立民间组织——农村专业技术研究促进会,并通过10多年的实践与探索,在帮助社区群众转变观念、发展生产、组织农产品进入市场、促进群众增收、推动当地群众自觉参与资源保护等方面都取得了一定的成效。
In order to deal with the relationship of resource in nature reserve and community development, Leishan County established Leishan agrotechnical society （can hereafter referred to as Agro-technical Society） in Leigong Mountain, the national-level nature reserve in Guizhou province. After more than ten years, Agro-technical Society has made certain effect in promoting local masses and enrolling, promoting locals and participating in the protection of resources consciously etc..
