摘要 通过固态反应制备了尖晶石型锂锰氧化物LiAl_(0.2)Mn_(1.8)O_(4-x)F_x锂离子电池正极材料,采用XRD、EDS等测试对其进行了表征,并测试了样品的电化学性能。结果表明,合成的LiAl_(0.2)Mn_(1.8)O_(4-x)F_x(0≤x≤0.3)样品为单一的尖晶石结构;随着F^-含量的增加,晶胞参数增大;一定量的Al^(3+)和F^-复合改性提高了材料的比容量,增加了尖晶石结构的稳定性,改善了材料的高温循环性能。 The modified spinel lithium-manganese oxygen LiAl0.2Mn1.8O4-xFx as cathode material for ion battery was synthesized by solid state reaction. The crystal structure and electrochemical performance of the samples were studied by XRD, EDS and charge-discharge tests. Results showed that the samples of LiAl0.2Mn1.8O4-xFx (0≤x≤0.3) possessed pure spinel phase. With the content of F^- increasing, the lattice parameters increased. The special capacity of the material was increased, the stability of spinel structure and elevated temperature cycle performance were improved by a content of Al^3+ and F^- multiplex modifying.
