摘要
以焦磷酸锰络阴离子[Mn(H_2P_2O_7)_3]^(3-)为引发剂,采用溶液聚合的方法合成了淀粉-甲基丙烯酸甲酯-聚醋酸乙烯酯(S-MMA-VAc)接枝共聚物。用红外光谱(IR)及高效凝胶渗透色谱(HPGPC)对接枝共聚物的结构进行了表征。探讨了pH值、引发剂浓度、单体浓度、单体比例等因素对接枝率(G)和接枝效率(GE)的影响,获得了最佳的反应条件。同时发现,该反应中均聚物及MMA-co-VAc共聚物的生成不仅可由引发剂直接引发,还可能因淀粉自由基或淀粉接枝物自由基的链转移而引发。
Graft eopolymerization of starch(S) with Methyl Methaerylate (MMA) and Vinyl Aeetate(VAe) were conducted by manganic pyrophosphate [Mn(H2P2O7)3]^3- initiation. The influence of reaction conditions, ineluding pH value, initiator concentration, monomer concentration and composition, on percent grafting and grafting efficiency was studied. The graft copolymer was characterized by IR spectroscopy and high performance gel permeation chromatography (HPGPC). Meanwhile,it is found that monomer free radicals may be produced not only by initiation of Mn^3+ directly,but also by the chain transfer reaction from starch free radicals or the free radicals of the starch graft eopolymer.
