视情维修检测间隔模糊预测研究

文章利用模糊数学的基本原理建立视情维修故障检测间隔模型。在建模的过程中将动态隶属度函数引入模糊预测推理方法,形成动态隶属度矩阵。分别以装备可靠度和维修费用为主要考虑因素,最后得出检测间隔时间的取值计算模型。应用该模型所得出的检测间隔,在保证装备的可靠度前提下,能够最大限度的减少维修工作量和维修经费开支,提高舰船的在航率。经过实践检验,该模型针对性强,有较大的实用价值。

This paper presents the interval detection model of maintenance prediction for vessel equipment, which is founded by virtue of the basic theory of fuzzy mathematics. In the course of modeling, dynamic membership function is used in the fuzzy interval prediction, forming the matrix of dynamic membership function. The model to compute optimum detection interval is obtained based on the reliability and reduced expense. The reliability is taken into account so that the amount of maintaining work and expense is reduced and the navigational rate of vessels is raised by applying the optimum detection interval. Practice shows that the system has strong direction and good practical value.
