摘要
目的:观察芝麻素对肾性高血压大鼠(RHR)靶器官脏器系数和NO含量的变化。方法:复制两肾一夹型(2KIC)肾性高血压大鼠模型,将造模成功的RHR随机分为5组,每组7只,给药6周后,计算大鼠心、肝、脑、肾靶器官脏器系数并用硝酸还原酶法测定各器官一氧化氮(NO)含量。结果:芝麻素[100 mg/(kg.d)]可明显降低心脏和肾脏系数及升高心、肝和肾中NO含量。结论:芝麻素对肾性高血压大鼠靶器官具有一定的保护作用。
Objective:To investigate the effects of sesarnin on organ relative weight and the change of nitric oxide in vital organs of renal hypertensive rats(RHRs), Methods: RHRs induced by 2KIC were divided into 5 groups randomly with 7 rats in each. After six weeks of treatment, proportion of target organs and concentration of nitric oxide(NO) were measured in heart tissues, liver, brain and kidney, respectively. Results: Sesamin (100 mg/kg/d, P. O. ) could depress the relative weight of heart and kidney or increase the contents of NO in heart, liver and kidney, Conclusion : It suggests that sessmin can protect target organs in renal hypertensive rats.
