人胎胃粘膜NOS阳性细胞的免疫组化观察

摘要 目的:探讨人胎胃粘膜NOS阳性细胞发育规律。方法:用免疫组织化学法对人胎胃粘膜NOS阳性细胞的表达进行观察。结果:第3~6个月龄时,胃粘膜固有层内皆可见胞体较小的NOS阳性细胞分布,随着胎龄的增加,NOS阳性细胞数目逐渐增多,染色逐步加深。第7个月龄时,NOS阳性细胞增殖达到高峰,胞体增大,构成胃腺的一部分。第8~10个月龄时,胃腺中NOS阳性细胞数目显著减少,但细胞胞体大,胞质多,深染。结论:胃粘膜内NOS阳性细胞的发育与胃粘膜上皮细胞及胃腺的发育密切相关。 Objective: To explore the rule of the development of NOS positive cells in the gastric mucous of human fetus. Methods : The expression of NOS positive cell in the gastric mucous of human fetus was observed by using immunohistochemieal method. Results: From the third to sixth month of gestation, some small NOS positive cells could be seen in the lamina propria mucosee. With the fetal age increased, the number of NOS positive cells increased too, and at the same time, the positive reaction of NOS increased gradually. At the seventh month, the bodies of NOS positive cells, which gradually enlarged and generated to reach a peak, were observed in the gastric glands. During the eighth to tenth month, the number of NOS positive cells was cut down obviously, but the cell bodies developed big with more cytoplasm and heavy dyeing. Conclusion: The development of NOS positive cells is connected with the surface epitheliums and glands of gastric mucous closely.
