黑斑息肉病的消化道造影诊断

Value of radiologic diagnosis in Peutz-Jeghers syndrome

目的:通过对黑斑息肉病的影像学表现的分析,提高对该疾病的认识。方法:回顾分析本院经病理证实的8例黑斑息肉病的全消化道造影资料,并结合临床和病理资料共同分析。结果:临床以口唇粘膜、肢端色素沉着为体征,腹痛、腹胀及消化道出血为主要症状。全消化道造影示:肠息肉多分布在空回肠,多发,可并发肠套叠,息肉可恶变。息肉以错构瘤为主,可合并腺瘤,恶变后呈腺癌。结论:胃肠道造影检查对发现黑斑息肉病,特别是小肠息肉有重要诊断意义,而且为无创的定期随诊提供了平台。

Objective：To analyze the imaging findings of Peutz-Jeghers syndrome （PJS） for more knowledge about the disease . Methods ：The gastrointestinal barium meal examination appearances , clinic and pathology information of eight patients with PJS confirmed by pathology were reviewed retrospectively. Results： PJS was characterized by signs of pigmentation of perioral skin and oral mucosa , together with pigmentation of skin in distal extremities. Its main symptoms were abdominal pain, distention and gastrointestinal bleeding. The X-ray appearance showed itself many intestinal polys with more of them distributing in small intestine, together with intestinal indigitation and malignant poly . Mass of intestinal polys were seen to be hamartoma, less adenoma were seen, but malignant polys presented adenocarcinoma . Conclusion ：Gastrointestinal barium meal examination plays an important role in screening polyps（especially intestinal polyps）and it can also provide noninvasive measures for regular follow-up .
