On Multiplex Talents Training Model for Applied Psychology

分析了当前应用心理学专业复合型人才的内涵及特征,认为构建应用心理学专业复合型人才培养模式应坚持“合格+特长”、以生涯发展为导向等原则,并提出了应用心理学专业复合型人才培养的常规模式。

In this paper, the connotation and characters of muhiplex talents for current applied psychology are firstly given. Then the paper tells that to construct the muhiplex talents training model, some basic principles should be insisted on, such as the principle of qualification with specialty and that of career orientation. With these principles, the paper puts on a conventional model to train multiplex talents for applied psychology.
