Strategy and Theory Thought on the Mid and Long-term Development in Vocational and Technological Normal Colleges

基于职技高师所处宏观历史环境和社会发展趋势的思考,分析其历史传承、现实状态和未来发展因素,提出并阐述了职技高师坚持“三个代表”,办人民满意的教育;贯彻“三个面向”,走自己的发展道路;落实“科学发展观”,开教育发展新境界的中长期发展战略理论的构想。

Based on the thought of the macroscopic; historical environment and the tendency of the society, this essay, by analyzing the factors related to the historical inherit, the actual conditions and the future development, raises and further discusses the mid and long-term strategy and theory proposition that vocational and technological normal colleges should insist on ＂Three Representatives＂ , should educate for the people, should implement ＂Three Orientations＂, should develop by themselves, should adopt the scientific view of development and should initiate a new horizon for higher education.
