摘要
通过对国内外文献和病例报告数据库的系统分析,旨在了解加替沙星引起血糖异常不良反应的发生情况、影响因素和发生特征,并提出风险管理的初步意见。
Dysglycemia induced by gatifloxacin has been notified recently by National Center for ADR Monitoring. This text is intend to understand the occurrence situation, the influencing factors and characters associated with gatifloxacin-induced dysglycemia, and to bring forword primary suggestions of risk management.
