摘要
台湾地区比较重视教师教育,从1994年开始从计划性培育改变成了现在的储才式培育,形成了自己的教师教育体系,在培育模式、甄选教师、研习组织和研习形式等方面具有鲜明的特色。但是,台湾教师教育也存在一些问题,如师资供需比例失调和教师资格检定考试方式受到质疑等。
Great importance has always been attached to teacher education in Taiwan. Since 1994 carefully-planned training has been transformed into ability-cultivated education and Taiwan has formed its own system of teacher education with distinct characteristics in training models, selecting teachers, researching and learning organizations and forms. Nevertheless, some problems also exist in Taiwan's teacher education, such as the disproportion of the supply and demand of teachers as well as Taiwan teachers' qualification examination model being questioned.
