Deriving and Processing Pictures of Word Documents Before Being Typeset in Founder System

期刊编排中,Word文档图片在导入方正系统前转换为JPG格式的方式有多种。其中,采用Corel draw软件和Photoshop软件相结合的方法,可以收到两种效果:第一,根据二者在图形图像处理方面的特长,对Word文档粘贴到Corel draw中的4种图片做解散、群组和植入等处理,以及对Corel draw输出到Photoshop中的图片做移动、旋转和覆盖等处理,能保持图片的准确度。第二,针对JPG、EPS和TIF格式的存储特点,完成由Word文档导出图片至Corel draw输出的点阵TIF格式,至Photoshop储存的封装EPS格式,直至另存为高效压缩的JPG格式,能保持图片的清晰度。

There are several ways of transforming pictures of Word documents into the format of JPG before these pictures are registered in Square System. The combination of Corel draw software and Photoshop software, which is one of the ways, can reach two effects： 1. according to the features of Corel draw software and Photoshop software in processing by dismissing, grouping and transplanting the four pictures guiding in Corel draw from Word documents and by moving, revolving and covering the pictures in Photoshop from Corel draw. 2. in accordance with the storing features of patterns of JPG,EPS and TIFF, we can keep the clearness degree of pictures by finishing the procedure of putting the pictures derived from Word documents into TIFF pattern of dot matrix output from Corel draw, then putting them into sealed EPS pattern stored in Photoshop, and until storing them into high--efficiency compressed JPG pattern.
