摘要
目的 探讨肠内营养应用于上消化道手术中的疗效。方法 选择行上消化道手术的病人87例，于术后第1天开始应用肠内营养液，连续7～10d。结果 术后有1例发生吻合口漏，其余切口愈合良好。术后48．0±3．9h肛门排气，52．0±3．7h排便。患者精神状态好，术后仅2例较术前体质量减轻，住院日8～20d。结论 术后早期行肠内营养支持有效、经济、方便，适合于上消化道手术病人。
Objective To investigate the effect of intestinal nutrition being used in upper gastrointestinal operation, Methods 87 patients performed upper gastrointestinal operation ,applied intestinal nutrition liquid on the 1st day after operation and lasted 7 ～ 10 d. Results There was only 1 case that embodied anastomotic leakage, others, cuts healed well, Anus exhaust appeared in 48± 3.9h after operation, defecation appeared in 52± 3.7h. All the patients had benign mental status,2 patients lost some weight. Patients had been in hospital for 8 ～20 d. Conclusion Using intestinal nutrition early after operation proved effective, economical and convenient, it is fitted for the patients who performed upper gastrointestinal operation.
