造血干细胞移植患者服用马利兰的观察和护理

Observation and nursing of the recipients of hematopoietic stem cell transplantion when taking myleran

目的 探讨造血干细胞移植患者服用马利兰不良反应的护理对策。方法 笔者对我院2002-2006年36例造血干细胞移植患者口服马利兰药物的临床观察和分析，采用预防呕吐及抗癫痫的药物，密切观察病情，预防和护理癫痫发生，加强心理护理和知识宣教。结果 患者均按要求服用药物，呕吐后补药10例，出现肢体抽动感觉异常3例，发生抽搐1例，对服药中出现的不良反应及时采取预防和治疗措施，无严重并发症。结论 密切观察和指导服药，呕吐后及时补药，预防癫痫发生，达到用药剂量的准确是预处理阶段的关键。

Objective To investigate the nursing method of side - effects caused by myleran in recipients of hematopoietic stem cell transplantion during pretreatment period. Methods Thirty - six patients who took myleran orally during hematopoietic stem cell transplantion between 2002 and 2006 were analysed. Preventive antiemetics and antiepileptics were given before myleran, intensive psychological nursing and education of the patients were introduced, The patients were kept under close observation. Results Ten patients took additional dose of myleran after vomit, 3 pa- tients had muscle spasm and paresthesia, 1 patients had convusion . No severe complications were observed after treatments. Conclusion Close observation, taking drugs under the guidance, preventive use of antiemetics and antiepileptics, additional dose of myleran was given after vomit were very important during the pretreatment period.
