The internal fixation using dotting-osculation plate for tibia comminuted fracture with tiny skin incision

目的研究胫骨粉碎性骨折的微创入路经皮点接触钢板内固定治疗。方法实验组采用微创入路经皮点接触钢板内固定术,对照组用传统普通钢板内固定治疗。结果实验组30例完全恢复,2例留有功能障碍;对照组21例完全恢复,11例留有功能障碍。结论微创入路经皮点接触钢板内固定术治疗胫骨粉碎性骨折,效果确切、可靠,操作简单,创伤小。

Objective To study the internal fixation using dotting - osculation plate for tibia comminuted fracture with tiny skin incision. Methods Experiment group received internal fixation operation using the dotting - osculation plate and the control group received internal fixation operation using common plate. Results Thirty patients in the experiment group completely recovered and 2 patients had residual dysfunction. Twenty - one patients in the control group completely recovered and 11 had residual dysfunction. Conclusion The internal fixation operation using the dotting - osculation plate with tiny skin incision is an effective method for the treatment of tibia comminuted fracture and its advantages are reliable results, simple manipulation and minimally invasive.
