通过优秀教师与在校学生的人格差异分析,了解一个优秀教师应具备怎样的个性因素。在校学生将来要想成为优秀教师,应该以怎样的个性因素来塑造自己。
Based on the analysis of personality diversities between students and excellent teachers, this paper concentrates on the understanding of personalities of excellent teachers and the cultivation of would-be excellent teachers.
