The Forms of Realization and Ways to Choose in Enterprise's Technical Progress

技术改造、技术引进和技术创新是技术进步的不同实现形式,都具有技术属性和管理属性。自主创新被认为是技术改造和技术引进的落脚点,自主创新有原始创新、消化吸收再创新和集成创新三种主要可行路径。技术改造与技术引进对自主创新的不同路径会产生不同的作用,因此自主创新必须与有效的制度设计与技术管理相结合。

Technology reconstruction, technology-importation, technology innovation are the different forms to realize technical progress which all have the characters of technique and management. Self innovation is the terminal point of technology reconstruction and technology-importation. Self innovation includes three ways to work： original innovation, innovation after assimilation and innovation by integration. Technology reconstruction and technology-importatlon have different function to different ways of self innovation. Self innovation must combine with effective system design and technology management.
