摘要 从技术及应用方面,对芯片实验室在近几年内的研究现状和发展趋势予以综述.介绍了芯片实验室的加工技术、基底材料的选择以及常用的几种检测手段,并详细阐述了该技术在临床分析、环境监测、核酸和蛋白质分析以及细胞和离子的检测中的应用. This paper lays stress on the progress in the lab-on-a-chip and sums up the research status quo and developing direction in the technology and application field. Then it introduces the different microfabrication methods of the lab-on-a-chip, compares the different substrate materials and different detection means such as the optics detection, electrochemistry detection and the mass spectrum detection applied in the lab-on-a-chip technology. Finally the applications of lab-on-a-chip are mainly expounded to clinical diagnostics, environment monitoring, nucleic acid and protein analysis, and cell and ion detection.
