摘要 溶血磷脂酸(LPA)是一种生物活性磷脂介质。它是在血栓形成初期,由于血小板被激活而产生、释放,它主要通过四种G蛋白介导的信号转导途径发挥其生物学效应。LPA对神经细胞的发生发展及正常生理或病理状态下的中枢神经系统功能均有影响,近年发现LPA可促进动脉粥样硬化的发生和发展,并通过血管痉挛、作用于星形细胞等多种效应影响缺血性脑血管病。 Lysophosphatidic acid (LPA) is a bioaetive phospholipid mediator, which is produced and releaasd by activated platelet during the initial stage of thrombosis. LPA elicits a variety of biological functions mainly through 4 kinds of G-protein coupled receptors. LPA has great effect on the occurrence and development of neuroeytes and the functions of central nervous system, in normal and pathologic state. In recent years, it has been found that LPA can promote the occurrence and development of atheroselerosis, as well as affect ischemic cerebrovascular disease through many effects including vasospasm and interaction with astrocyte.
