摘要
利用硬膜外麻醉中局麻药浓度和容量的变化关系对神经阻滞作用的可调节性,分析将持续硬膜外镇痛技术广泛应用于分娩镇痛、产科危重患者病情控制如妊娠高血压疾病术前术中术后等,以及剖宫产患者,降低产妇应激反应能力和提高产妇生活质量的应用前景。
Using the effective adjustability of the relationship between the coneentration local anesthetic drug and its changes in volume to nerve block in epidural anesthesia, we analyse the application future of continuous epidural analgesia in decreasing their ability of stress reaction and promoting their quality of life by using in delivery analgesia and control of pathogenetic condition in obstetric patients with danger and critical disease such as gestutional hypertension（before, during and after operation） and uterine-incision delivery.
