摘要
胶质瘤术后复发与其本身的浸润生长特性密不可分,如何识别这种胶质瘤的早期浸润,在胶质瘤的诊断与治疗中显得尤为重要。磁共振波谱(MRS)分析有望对胶质瘤范围进行较准确定位,并根据肿瘤组织中等代谢物峰值及Cho/NAA,Cho/Cr峰值比,获得肿瘤浸润的MRS诊断的标准。利用相关软件使之为神经导航工作站所识别,将MRS与神经导航系统结合应用,将为胶质瘤的治疗提供新的方法。
The recurrence of gliomas after operation is compactly related with its invasive nature, so how to identify its early invasion is very important in the diagnosis and therapy of giomas,Magnetic resonance spectroscopy (MRS) is hopeful to identify the scope of the invasion exactly and make a criterion of diagnosis of the invasion according to the quantity of CHO, NAA, CR in the tissue of gliomas, Because MRS can be recognized by neuro navigation through some related software, we will offer a new way for the therapy of gliomas by combining MRS with neuro-navigation through these softwares.
