创业管理的西方主流研究范式——浅谈对创业理论研究的启示

The Main Research Patterns of Entrepreneurship and Management in the West

西方学者对创业问题的管理学研究范式是从经济学和社会心理学视角逐步发展而来的。而三种理论视角在创业者的定义、主要关注的问题、解决问题的办法、提问的角度和未解决的问题等五个方面都具有很大的不同。因此,比较分析这些差异并综合分析三个主要理论观点对理解西方主流的研究范式具有很重要的意义。而且这个综合分析模型对理解从经济学视角研究创业问题的不足和未来的研究发展方向也具有启发价值。

The paradigm of entrepreneurship in management derives from economic and social psychology in West. As to these three theories, there exist differences in five aspects： the definition of entrepreneur, the problems they care about, the method of resolving these problems, the perspective of the questions and the existing problems. Therefore, it is meaningful to compare the differences among these three theories and point out a theoretical model in a comprehensive way, so as to understand the paradi model also points out the deficiency in the existing gm of entrepreneurship in the West. Furthermore, this theoretical entrepreneurship study from the perspective of economy.
