公平与效率问题,其实是正义问题的两个方面,从本质上讲,正义是人的差异性正义与人的同一性正义的统一。公平基于人的同一性正义,效率基于人的差异性正义,二者的矛盾运动推动着人类社会不断发展。

Equity and efficiency are two aspects of justice. In essence, justice is the unification of people＇s jusrice of othemess and people＇s justice of oneness. Equity is based on the justice of people＇s oneness while efficiency is based on the justice of people＇s othemess. Their contradictions push ahead human society constantly.
