调控房地产市场是全球性的课题,目前,在全球房地产市场泡沫破灭的风险不断积聚之际,要密切关注中国房地产价格的高涨。为了加强中国房地产市场的宏观调控,应当认真实践“双八条”,充分发挥经济杠杆的作用,严格执行政令,完善市场信息披露机制。

The regulation of real estate market is a global problem. Now the risk of real estate market is accumulating, so we should be concerned with the rising price of real estate in China. To strengthen the macro regulation of real estate market in China, the ＂double eight items＂ should be carried out so that the role of economic lever may be played fully. The government orders should be followed strictly and market information system should be improved.
