越来越多的企业实践和社会反映了在社会责任与企业绩效之间存在着正向关联度。而许多企业尚未意识到社会责任与经济利益之间存在的辩证关系,单方面认为承担社会责任就是要牺牲一些经济利益,使之成为社会经济发展中亟待解决的问题之一。从这个角度出发,本文重点探讨企业承担社会责任与经济利益回报之间的关系,以期促使企业突破固有传统观念,主动承担其社会责任。
