中西医结合治疗开颅术后呃逆的临床体会

Clinical Experience of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in the Treatment of Hiccup after Craniotomy

目的探讨丁香柿蒂汤加减配合穴位封闭疗法对开颅术后呃逆的治疗效果。方法将39例开颅术后出现呃逆的患者随机分为两组。治疗组:采用丁香柿蒂汤加减配合654-2封闭双内关、双足三里处理。对照组:采用肌注胃复安、安定入壶处理,再对其中符合观察标准的病例(治疗组20例、对照组19例)进行回顾性的对照研究。对两组疗效的有效率、有效平均时间进行评估。结果两组疗效有明显差别,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论丁香柿蒂汤加减结合654-2穴位封闭的中西医结合方法在治疗术后呃逆方面有较好疗效。

Objective To probe into the therapeutic effect of modified Flos Syzygii Aromatici and Calyx Kaki decoction combined with point - blocking therapy for the treatment of hiccup after craniotomy. Methods 39 cases of patients with hiccup after craniotomy were randomly divided into two groups：the therapeutic group,which was treated with modified Flos Syzygii Aromaticiand Calyx Kaki decoction combined with 654 - 2 blocking double Neiguan and double zusanli;the control group was treated with intramuscular injection of metoclopramide and tranquillizer. Those who were in accordance with the observation standards were given retrospectively comparative study （therapeutic group 20 cases, control group 19 cases）. The effective rate and the average effective time of the two groups were evaluated. Results The effects of the two groups were significantly different. The therapeutic group was better than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy of modified Flos Syzygii Aromatici and Calyx Kaki decoction combined with 654 -2 point - blocking therapy has good efficacy in the treatment of hiccup after craniotomy.
