介绍了刘春莹主任医师应用中医药诊治慢性肾脏病(CKD)的独到见解。认为 CKD 的病因病机为虚热与实热共存,湿浊与瘀血相互影响,脾肾双亏与慢性虚损交织共见。治疗过程宜分期辨治,结合具体的体质状态,紧紧抓住热、浊、瘀、虚四种病机的主次和演变。辨证治疗肾病综合征、蛋白尿、血尿、慢性肾衰,结合必要的西医治疗,收效良好。

Chief physician Liu Chunyingg unique opinions about the application of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of CKD is presented in this paper. It is believed that the cause and pathogenesis of CKD is because of the coexistence of asthenia heat and sthenia heat, the mutual influence of damp pathogen and blood stasis,the simultaneous appearance of splenorenal deficiency and chronic asthenia impairment. The treatment course should be based on syndrome differentiation according to the different stages of the disease, considering the constitution of the individual, focusing on the development of the four pathogeneses ： heat, turbidity, stasis and asthenia, and paying attention to which was primary and which was secondary. Nephrotic syndrome, proteinuria, hematuria and renal failure were treated according to syndrome differentiation, combined with＇some necessary treatment of western medicine. And the effect was good.
