摘要
研究了马尾松-尾叶桉CTMP制浆废液的污染特征及脱色方法。结果表明,CTMP制浆废液污染负荷高,其多酚类有机物中酚羟基的离子化作用及与金属离子的络合作用以及木素类物质是导致废液颜色深的主要原因,并且色度随废液pH值的升高显著增加。通过与活性炭吸附法、混凝法、电絮凝法和Fenton试剂法的分析比较,认为动态复合电解法是CTMP制浆废液高效、经济和可行的脱色方法。
The contamination characteristic and decolorization methods of the Pinus massoniana and eucalyptus urophylla CTMP effluent were studied. The results showed that the pollution load of the effluent was high, and the ionization of polyphenols hydroxyl and its metal complexes in the effluent were the main resource of the color, and the color became dark with the increasing of pH value. Comparing with activated carbon, chemical coagulation, electrical flocculation and Fenton processes, dynamic compound electrolysis is proved to be a high efficient, economical and feasible methed of decalorization for CTMP effluent.
