直接喷涂法制备CCM型燃料电池膜电极 被引量:1

摘要 运用喷涂法直接把催化剂浆料喷涂到质子交换膜上,制得了CCM(catalyst coated membrane)型的燃料电池膜电极(membrane electrode assembly,简称MEA)。考察了气体流量、背压和催化浆组成对MEA性能的影响。并采用XRD、循环伏安法研究了这种MEA的一些特性。由于有效地解决了CCM膜电极制备过程中的溶涨变形问题,制得的膜电极平整、均匀,金属负载量低,放电性能优于传统法制备的膜电极。循环伏安的结果表明了CCM具备良好的电极特性。 The membrane electrode assembly (MEA) of PEMFC was prepared by spraying method. The influences of the gas flux, back press of the reactive gas and the composition of the catalyst ink on the properties of MEA were studied. Some other properties of MEA were also investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and cyclic voltammetry (CV). It was shown that MEA prepared by spraying method exhibited a better performance than that prepared by hot pressed method. Because the swelling and shape changing problems were resolved successfully, the prepared membrane by spraying method was featured in its uniform, and lower Pt loading. The result of cyclic voltammetry also showed the CCM had good electrode property.
