质子交换膜燃料电池电堆活化过程研究 被引量:8

摘要 活化对质子交换膜燃料电池的性能有重要影响。采用自行设计的燃料电池电堆活化程序,对25kW质子交换膜燃料电池电堆的活化过程进行了初步研究,考察了在活化过程中及活化之后电堆的性能。研究表明,采用变流强制活化方法可以较快完成活化过程,需要进一步探索加快质子交换膜燃料电池电堆活化过程的程序和方法。 Activation process has important impact on the performance of proton exchange membrane fuel cells (PEMFCs). In this paper, an activation procedure was designed and used to primarily investigate the activation process of a 25kW PEMFC stack. The performance of the stack during and after the activation process was examined, The investigation indicates that the forced activation at varied current can finish the activation process quickly. More effective procedure and method should be investigated to quicken the activation process of a PEMFC stack.
