电催化苯加氢Ag/Nafion电极制备研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用浸清还原法制备Ag/Nafion电极,研究了Ag/Nafion电极的物理性质以及电催化笨加氢基本性能。用正交实验法确定了影响镀银效果的因素大小依次为:浸渍温度、浸渍条件、[Ag(NH3)2]^+浓度、甲醛浓度、浸渍时间、还原温度、还原时间。确定最优化的Ag/Nafion电极制备条件为:Nation膜放于0.005mol/L的[Ag(NH3)2]^+中,20℃超声波条件下浸渍0.5h,然后于1%的甲醛溶液中,20℃还原2h。 Preparation of Ag/Nafion electrodes by impregnation-reduction method has been studied. The factors of preparation of Ag/Nafion electrodes from chief to minor were: the temperature of impregnation, whether or not using ultrasonic, the concentration of [ Ag(NH3 )2 ]^+ , the concentration of formaldehyde, the time of impregnation, the temperature of reduction reaction, the time of reduction reaction. The optimal preparation parameters of Ag/Nafion electrodes were as follows: impregnation the Nafion membrane in 0. 005 mol/L [ Ag(NH3)2 ]^+ solution for 30 minutes at 20 ℃ by ultrasonic treatment, then reduction for 2 hours at 20 ℃ in 1% formaldehyde solution.
