摘要
针对薄板坯连铸连轧的工艺特点,研究了薄板坯连铸连轧钢板生产中V在连铸、均热、轧制和冷却各工艺环节的析出规律,以及微合金沉淀析出对变形奥氏体再结晶和铁素体相变的影响。并利用V微合金化技术,采取相应的生产控制工艺,成功地开发了屈服强度550MPa级高强钢板。开发的V微合金高强钢板具有优异的韧性、冷成形性能和良好的焊接性能,完全满足汽车、半挂车、工程机械行业的冲压成形及焊接性能的要求。
Based on the characteristics of thin slab casting and rolling technology (TSCR),this paper systematically studied the precipitation regularity of V element during the continuous casting,the soaking,the rolling,and cooling crafts,as well as the influence of the micro-alloy precipitation on the distortion austenite re-crystallization and the ferrite transformation during the production in TSCR.Using V micro-alloying technology and adopting the corresponding production control craft, the plate with 550 MPa yield strength successfully was developed.The microalloying high strength plate has the outstanding toughness,the cold forming performance and the good welding performance,which completely satisfied with automobile,semi-trailer and engineering requirements while formed and welded.
