摘要 汽车喷漆、流平和烘干工序会产生有机废气、过喷漆雾及漆渣,需要根据年产量、油漆品种和油漆用量、涂装设备和涂装方法确定喷漆室、流平室和烘干室产生的有机废气及其排放量,并根据GB16297—1996大气污染物综合排放标准确定排气筒高度。采用先进的涂装工艺,其中涂、面漆以静电旋杯喷涂为主,由机器人自动仿形,根据车身不同位置将出漆量及喷涂图形调整到最佳状态,使油漆利用率提高到90%以上,从而减少有机溶剂对环境的污染。若中涂、面漆线采用水性漆,则从根本上可以解决喷漆对环境污染的问题。 Automotive paint spraying,flowing and drying processing can produce organic waste gas,paint mist and slag.It is required to determine the organic waste gas and emission volume produced in spray booth,flow cabinet and drying oven according to annual automotive production output, paint variety, paint consumption, painting equipment and method,and to determine the height of exhaust tube according to GB 16297--1996 air pollution emission standard.Advanced painting process was employed where intermediate coat and topcoat was adopted mainly by rotary electrostatic painting,the spraying paint consumption and spray pattern was adjusted to optimum condition by robot automatic profile modeling according to different body positions,so,paint utilization ratio can be improved to 90% ,which can reduce organic solvent to pollute environment.If the water-based paint was employed, environmental pollution can be radically eliminated.
