当代中国转型社会中的市民伦理规范研究

On the Standard of Citizen Ethics in the Transitional Society of Contemporary China

在当代中国社会转型时期,市民的伦理意识和伦理规范正在发生历史性的嬗变,既尚未对传统伦理进行梳理,却又进入伦理选择的多元化时代,市民的传统伦理道德约束相对松弛,非道德主义在一定范围内抬头和泛滥。社会转型对市民伦理素质的影响有正反两个方面,市民伦理意识的提高对城市发展有着积极的作用。当今市民的伦理规范应包括三个层次的要素:全球伦理、制度伦理、观念与行为伦理。

During the transitional period of contemporary China, the citizen ethic consciousness and the ethic standard are taking historical change, that is, when people have not yet cleaned the traditional ethics, they have already entered into the multiplex selection time. The restriction f citizen ethic moral is relatively relaxed, and immoralism is increased in some ranges. The social transition has positive and negative influences on citizens, so the raising of citizen＇s ethic consciousness has an active effect on the city development. The present citizen ethic standard includes three levels of elements ： globe ethics, system ethics and ideological and action ethics.
