摘要 给出了毫米波频率步进雷达理想情况下一维距离像成像原理。在此基础上建立了I/Q通道不平衡模型,推导了I/Q正交解调器幅相不平衡对一维距离像的影响,即I/Q正交解调器的通道幅相不一致会对毫米波频率步进雷达一维距离像产生较强的虚假目标,影响目标的成像和识别能力。接着利用MATLAB进行了仿真分析,分析结果为提出I/Q设计指标提供了依据。 The principle of MMW stepped frequency radar for one dimension range imaging in ideal condition is introduced. Basing on it, a model of the I/Q demodulator' s unbalance between I and Q channels is establised, and the effects of the amplitude and phase unbalance on range imaging are analyzed:namely, the amplitude and phase unbalance of I/Q demodulator between channels will result in relatively strong false targets in MMW stepped frequency radar one dimension range imaging, and consequently they will affect the imaging and identifying of targets. Then the effects are simulated using Matlab. The simulated results provided the design specifications of the I/Q demodulator.
