摘要
采用茎尖分生组织培养技术,获得了大蒜无病毒试管苗。通过激素配比试验,筛选出最佳的培养基组成,进行脱病毒苗的快速繁殖。结果表明:诱导茎尖出芽的最适培养基为MS+6 BA 1.5mg/L+NAA 1.0mg/L,诱导生根的最适培养基为MS+IAA 2.0mg/L.
Virus-free materials ofAllium sativum L, were obtained from in vitro shoot tip tissue culture. A series of optimization experiments for concentration of hormones were investigated. The resuhs showed that the induction frequency of stem-tips was the best whch the medium was MS containing 6- BA 1.5mg/L and NAA 1.0mg/L and the ratio of thc induction of toots was the most when the medium was MS supplemenled wilh IAA 2.0mg/L.
