It is pointed out that international intellectual property rights are facing more and more severe competition and challenge, it is urgent for China to implement the strategy of intellectual property rights, perfect the system of independent creativity, cultivate the culture and environment of creativity so as to protect intellectual property rights and promote independent creativity for a stronger international competitiveness of the intellectual property rights of China.
