中西医结合治疗泌尿系结石的临床观察

Clinical observation of combination of western medicine and TCM for treating urinary calculas

目的观察中西医结合治疗50例横径<10mm泌尿系结石的疗效。方法一般治疗,两组相同,包括用阿托品、硫酸镁类药物解痉及松弛平滑肌;大量饮水或补液,日入量>2500m l;适当跳绳,患侧行单腿跳等活动;治疗组加用排石汤。结果发现中西医结合排石有效率高达88%,与对照组有效率51%相比较差异有统计学意义P<0.01。结论中西医结合治疗有明显促进结石排出的作用。

Objective To obseve the effects for 50 cases with urinry calculus （cliameter of calculus 〈 10mm） treated with combination of western and Traditional Chinese Medicine. Methods Both two groups were treated with atropine and magnesium sulfate, drinking water or venous transfusion. （total doses per day 〉 2500ml） and moderate physical exercise at the same time, Medicine herbs was appiled to the treatment group. Results The operative rate of treatment group is 88% compared with the operative rate of control group （51% ）. Two groups have significant difference. （P〈0.01 ）. Conclusion Treatment with combination of western and TCM has significant effect on the litheebole.
