摘要
飞锯机是管材连续自动生产线上的关键设备,它不仅控制管材的定尺切断精度,同时制约着生产线的生产速度和切口质量。通过对目前我国现有的飞锯机类型进行综合分析与比较指出,只有数控铣切锯能克服国内现有的飞锯机各机型的缺点,并重点介绍了自主研制开发的新型大规格数控仿形旋铣飞锯机的主要结构和设计原理,为大直径、高钢级ERW焊管机组和方矩形管生产线的设备选型提供应用参考。
Flying saw is the important equipment for pipe flow production line.It not only controls the accuracy of pipe length,but also restricts the production speed and cut surface quality.The article points out that only milling flying saw by numeric control can solve the problems existed in traditional flying saw after the contrast and analysis of national existed flying saw.Meanwhile this article emphasizes on the main structure and design principle of new type large size rotating and milling flying saw of numerical control by digital and developed by self for the application reference to confirm the relative equipment for large diameter high steel grade ERW pipe mill and square pipe mill.
