摘要
中、大壁厚钢管焊接热影响区的形状像个沙漏,管壁的内外表面热而中部低温会限制焊接最大速度,若简单升高管壁中部温度,则管壁的内外表面会过热,同样会降低焊接质量;另外,管壁内表面过热熔化金属掉入阻抗器,会降低阻抗器的寿命和性能。针对这个焊接难题,对焊接区横向温度分布的影响因素———V形角、感应线圈到焊接点的距离、结构应力、焊接速度和焊机功率进行了研究。研究结果表明,较小的V形角可以提高获得更高产量的潜能,从而提高整体焊接效率。
The heat affected zone(HAZ) in a medium and thick wall welded pipe is shaped like an hourglass.High temperature on internal and external surface of pipe wall and low temperature on the middle shall restrict weld speed.If just simple to increasing middle temperature,this shall causes the over heat on internal and external surfaces of pipe,meanwhile can low weld quality.Furthermore if internal surface is over heat,melt metal shall drop into impedor and shall low the life cycle and properties of impedor.In order to solve this weld problem,the influence factor on transverse temperature location of weld zone have been researched such as V angle,the distance from induce tance coil to weld points,structure stress,weld speed and welder power.The research results show that smaller V angle can increase more products and increase the weld effectiveness.
