减肥按摩膏治疗儿童单纯性肥胖症的临床研究

Clinical Study on Treating Children Simple Obesity with Weight-reduced Massage Paste

目的:观察减肥按摩膏治疗儿童单纯性肥胖症的临床疗效。方法:选择符合纳入标准的病例68例,随机分为治疗组、对照组和空白对照组。治疗组采用减肥按摩膏作为主要推拿介质治疗,对照组采用单纯推拿治疗,空白对照组不予治疗。3组相同的饮食及行为指导。结果:减肥按摩膏能明显改善患儿的临床症状,减小患儿的体重指数,治疗组减肥总有效率达86.67%,对照组有效率77.78%,空白对照组有效率50%。经统计学处理提示:3组的临床疗效差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:治疗组及对照组治疗儿童单纯性肥胖症均有显著疗效,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组和空白对照组,提示减肥按摩膏可作为儿童单纯性肥胖症较为理想的膏摩剂。

Objective： To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of weight - reduced massage paste on treating children simple obesity. Methods： 68 cases of patients were chosen and randomly divided into three groups： the experimental group, which were treated with weight - reduced massage paste, the control group which were treated with only massage and the blank control group were treated with nothing. Three groups were given same guidance of drink, food and behavior. Results： Weight- reduced massage paste can obviously improve the clinical symptoms, reduced the body mass index. The total effective rate in the experimental group was 86. 67 %, which was higher than that in the control group （77. 78%） or blank control group （50%）. Conclusion： Both the experimental group and control group can improve the comprehensive therapeutic effect, and the former is more effective than the latter. The study shows that the weight - reduced massage paste may become one kind of the more ideal massage paste in treating children simple obesity.
