摘要
以刺五加的成熟种子为材料,通过离体培养诱导产生愈伤组织,利用RAPD分子标记方法,在DNA水平上分析愈伤组织与其来源植株间的遗传差异。从40个引物(10碱基的寡核苷酸)中筛选出6个引物,对它们的PCR扩增结果进行分析。结果表明,刺五加愈伤组织与其来源植株相比出现了DNA水平的变异。
The callus of Eleutherococcus sentieosus was induced, Genetic differences between callus and the original plant were analyzed at DNA level with the random amplified polymorphic DNA(RAPD) technology, The fingerprints amplification by polymerase chain reaetion(PCR) with 6 polymorphie 10- based random primers selected from 40 ones was analyzed, The results indicated that there was genetic variation between callus and the original plant.
