长三角地区民营企业多元化程度与企业绩效关系研究

Research on the Relationship between the Level of Diversification and Corporate Performance of Private-owned Enterprise in the Yangtze River Delta

对长三角地区民营企业多元化程度与企业绩效的关系的研究表明,从整体上看,多元化程度和企业绩效之间并没有显著关系,多元化并没有使企业显著减值或者增值;从企业规模、偿债能力方面看,多元化程度的提高没有显著降低企业的规模和偿债能力,企业的偿债能力维持在一个比较稳定的水平;从收益水平和盈利能力方面看,多元化没有使收益水平和盈利能力显著提高。另外研究发现,适度的多元化可以提高企业绩效。

In dais paper the relationship between the level of diversification and corporate performance in privately-owned companies located at the Yangtze River Delta was analyzed through the financial reports of 84 listed companies. We concluded that, firstly, there was no significant relationship between the level of diversification and corporate perforce in private-owned companies located at the Yangtze River Delta, and secondly, the proper level of diversification resulted in enhanced corporate perforce.
