摘要 研究了赤霉素浓度、低温层积时间和发芽温度对法国冬青种子萌发的影响。结果表明,法国冬青种子具有休眠特性,低温层积能够增进法国冬青种子萌发,层积前用赤霉素浸泡促进法国冬青种子萌发的作用明显,赤霉素浸泡必须与低温层积相结合,其作用效果才能显著发挥。以在层积前用2.0 g/L赤霉素浸泡24 h后在25℃恒温下发芽组合最好,其种子萌发率显著或极显著地高于其他处理组合。 The trial in the Viburnum awabuki K. Koch seeds soaked with the different concentrations of gibberellins(GA3)(0.5,1.0,1.5 and 2.0 g/L) for 24 h, and then, chilled in the refrigerator for 0, 30 or 60 days was eondueted before seeds germination at 25℃ and room temperature respectively. Viburnum awabuki K. Koch seeds had the characteristies of dormancy. The treatment of the seeds ehilled and soaked with gibberellins before germination could enhance the rate of seed germination. GA3 treatment should beeom bined with chilling technique. The best treatment eombination was soaked with 2.0 g/L GA3 for 24 h and ehilled for 60 days and germinated at 25 ℃ .The rate of seed germination was signifieantly higher than other treatment combinations.
