摘要
振动信号是设备状态信息的载体,它蕴含了丰富的设备异常或故障的信息,而振动特征是设备运行状态正常与否的重要标志。组建了硬件平台对柴油机的振动信号进行采集,并在此基础上开发了一套以VB为软件平台的柴油机振动数据采集与分析系统。整个系统能够实现不同通道、不同频率、不同增益的振动数据采集,能够进行基于分形的数据分析。同时,该系统可用于柴油机振动状态监测,对振动波形进行实时显示、实时分析等。
A data collecting software for diesel engine vibration based on VB was developed after the hardware system was accomplished, The diesel engine vibration signal with different channels, different kinds of frequency and different kind of gains could be collected with the software. Besides, with the data collecting function of the software, the data files could be analyzed based on fractal, The software also can be used as a real-time vibration monitoring system of diesel engine and it displayed the vibration wave when the diesel was working, analyzed the real-time vibration data and printed the analysis resuits.
