高等院校推行学分制已经有20多年的历史,结合历史和现状对学分制这一涉及高等学校教学管理制度改革的重大问题进行了探讨。认为实行学分制是高校改革与发展的大势所趋,并就学分制的必要性、可行性、主导思路及实施策略提出了见解。

During the past 20 years the course-credit system has been untversally adopted as an essential practice in reforming the teaching management at colleges. The paper, after tracing back its history and absorbing the knowledge form universities or colleges among certain foreign countries, is conducting and attempt research on it. It points out that popularizing credit system is the tendency of the reform and development of our higher education, and also puts forward some consideration of necessity, feasibility, guiding principles and concrete measures.
