摘要
近年来,西方管理学术界就人力资源管理的本质产生了激烈的争论。有学者认为,人力资源管理从根本上是为了“控制”企业员工;而另有学者认为,人力资源旨在“关怀”企业员工。本文从分析西方企业人力资源管理主要理论模型入手,结合现代企业人力资源管理理论的基本内容,探讨和论及了西方企业人力资源管理理论的本质及其启示。
Recently,researchers of western management field have heated controversies on the essence human resources management. Some think the nature of human resources management is to ' control' the employee, while the others think it is to ' care for' the employee. This paper analyzes the main theoretical modes of human resources management in western enterprises, and based on the theoretical contents of the management, it also discusses the essence and implication of the human resources management theory in western enterprises.
