死刑是一种最严厉的刑罚,从世界范围看,废除死刑已成为不可逆转的潮流。根据中国的具体情况及社会发展的现实需要,中国刑法还不能废除死刑,但应顺应时代和潮流的发展,不断完善中国的死刑制度,严格限制死刑的适用,体现慎刑的政策。

Death penahy is the most severe punishment in criminal law. Abolishment of death penalty is becoming an irreversible trend around the world. In china, death penalty is not considered to be abolished at present because of its national conditions. But in order to conform to the trend of the times, China＇s system of death penalty should be continuously perfected.
