加快西部地区新农村建设投融资的思考

On thought of improvement of investment and financing of new countryside construction in western areas

目前,在我国西部地区新农村建设中,投融资面临着许多问题和制约因素。因此,要研究西部地区新农村建设的投融资问题,积极探索西部地区新农村建设的投融资的途径,加大投融资力度,为西部地区新农村建设提供有效资金。

At present, there have several problems and restrictive factors on investment and financing in construction of new countryside in western areas. Therefore, we should study these problems, explore new avenue and enhance force of investment and financing to provide valid capital.
